1:1 Pilates-Based Wellness Coaching
Not making time to take care of yourself contributed to your current issues. Work, life, and health responsibilities are building and adding more to your plate. You’re feeling it.
Physically
Your aches and pains aren’t going away. If rest was going to help it would have worked by now, or you simply don’t have the time.
Your sleep is compromised. You might be sleeping all the time and not enjoying life or feeling like you’re not able to relax. You can’t get to sleep then wake up in the middle of the night with pain and/or racing thoughts.
You don’t feel at home in your body anymore. You just want to feel good again, to not be in pain. On days you feel well, you do everything you can because it’s so rare…but then you end up with a bigger flare-up of symptoms.
Fighting with the medical system is exhausting. Test after test, perhaps with "no abnormalities" or "normal" results. You’ve seen practitioners who say they can help, and might, but it's still not enough.
Mentally
You are acutely aware of everything that you do on a daily basis. The running to-do list is never ending and feels overwhelming.
Everything: work projects, social plans, chores, family obligations…it all feels like too much. You want to be present and enjoy your life but don’t know how. While working you wish you were relaxing and yet on your time off you dread having to go back to work.

Month 4:

You are present with your loved ones, able to set boundaries, and communicate your needs to the people around you.
You’re feeling stronger, more mobile, and know how to keep your body feeling its best. You love knowing that you are doing everything you can to prepare yourself for a long, healthy life. You feel the magic which comes from movement & habits!
Month 2:
You’re starting to believe that progress is possible for you because you have evidence that it is possible for you. You now have a basic self-care toolkit and are recognizing that pain and symptoms are how your body communicates its needs with you. You are regularly exercising and are starting to understand how to relax!
Month 1:
We will dive into what you are struggling with. You’ll start with bite-size adjustments which take just a couple of minutes a day. You’ll start to gain awareness of what’s holding you back, causing your pain, and keeping you stressed. I will be recommending resources tailored to you and your needs based on my vast experience as a Pilates-based wellness coach (no cookie cutter program here!)
In just 4-months your new normal could be:
Waking up before your alarm, excited to start your day. You know it’s going to be a great day.
Your schedule is organized and has dedicated time for all of your responsibilities AND the activities you are looking forward to.
You feel good in your body. Feeling confident, strong, mobile, and energized is your baseline.
You’re able to fall (and stay) asleep and are sleeping well. You’re getting enough sleep to heal, learn, and reduce your pain.
Staying focused and meeting work deadlines is a breeze. You’re able to set boundaries and communicate your needs to your bosses, teams, and co-workers.
You’re showing up in your relationships the way that you want to. You are enjoying connecting with the people who bring you joy and are present during quality time together (no longer in pain, thinking about work, or unable to keep up).

Month 3:
You genuinely look forward to your morning and wind-down routines. You love that they include all of the things that help you feel your best. You are able to decode the signals of your body then use your plethora of healthy tools and coping mechanisms to improve your daily experiences. You have a regular exercise routine AND it’s not causing any pain or symptom flare-ups.
