I’m Dominique, a Pilates-based wellness coach and the creator of the Refinement On-Demand Membership. I believe that movement should be empowering, not exhausting — a way to connect with your body, reduce pain, and build lasting strength, no matter where life takes you.

My wellness journey started in 2016, when I was diagnosed with a neurological disorder that left me unable to dance professionally and struggling to reclaim my strength. It took years of trial, error, and countless hours of education to rebuild my connection with my body. I discovered that small, consistent movement routines were the key to reducing pain, restoring mobility, and reclaiming my strength.
As I rebuilt my life, I realized that high performers like flight attendants, pilots, and business travelers need a flexible, effective approach to movement — something that fits into their busy lives without adding more stress.
